We are a Vietnamese enterprise engaging in the restaurant business with a restaurant located in the center of Hai Phong – a major port and industrial city of Vietnam where gathered more than 200 big Japanese manufacturing companies and many Japanese people who are living and working. Our restaurant serves Japanese food either in table seating type or private dining room type. For personal reasons, our owner wants to transfer ownership of the company and restaurant to another partner.
