Beginning is Công Ty Cổ Phần Kỹ Thuật Cường Thịnh established in 2010, operation and develop until 2017 then change to Công Ty Cổ Phần Kỹ Nghệ Cường Thịnh – Cuong Thinh Enginnering Joint Stock Company.
